Job Description

Job brief:

• E-Commerce Store Supervisor role is responsible for the overall store management. Enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively as well as supervising store leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the Store Manager.
• Make sure all Quality Standards are followed.
• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service.
• Identify customer experience gaps.
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Insure strong discipline across the store.
• Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
• Innovate solutions for on-ground problems.
