In addition the company has an office overseas which handles many of the technical and administrative support aspects of the business. Voadera is one of the fastest growing Ecommerce companies in the US and Voadera has aggressive growth plans to continue to expand its customer base by expanding partnerships with brands vendors and suppliers and most notably growing its own brand.

Job Summary:

As an ECommerce Advertising Specialist you will play a crucial role in driving online visibility traffic and sales for our products across multiple platforms including Amazon Walmart and Google. This role requires expertise in PPC advertising SEO and proficiency in managing Amazon and Walmart Seller accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of ecommerce advertising ecosystems analytical skills and the ability to implement comprehensive strategies across various platforms.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop execute and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns to meet sales and revenue goals.

  • Conduct thorough keyword research implement bid strategies and continually refine campaigns for optimal performance.

  • Monitor and manage advertising budgets to ensure efficient spending.

  • Implement effective Amazon SEO strategies to enhance product visibility and improve organic rankings.

  • Create and Optimize product listings including titles bullet points descriptions and backend keywords on relevant platforms.

  • Stay ahead of Amazons algorithm changes and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Manage and optimize the Walmart Seller account to maximize product exposure and sales while ensuring compliance. Includes Walmart PPC and SEO.

  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration with overall business strategies.

  • Plan execute and optimize Google AdWords campaigns to drive traffic and sales while implementing backend and frontend SEO to our branded websites.

  • Conduct keyword research create compelling ad copy and implement bid management strategies.

  • Analyze performance data and adjust campaigns to achieve targeted ROAS.

  • Ensure consistency in branding messaging and promotions across platforms.

  • Implement social media advertising campaigns that will also help grow sales.

  • Utilize analytics tools to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.

  • Implement A/B testing and datadriven decisionmaking to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with marketing sales and product teams to align advertising strategies with broader business goals.

  • Communicate regularly on campaign performance strategies and opportunities.

  • Stay updated on the latest trends technologies and best practices in ecommerce advertising and digital marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Advertising Business or a related field.

  • Proven experience in managing Amazon PPC campaigns implementing Amazon SEO and handling Amazon Seller accounts.

  • Proven experience in managing Walmart PPC campaigns implementing Walmart SEO and handling Walmart Seller accounts.

  • Proficiency in Google AdWords and other relevant digital marketing tools.

  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Optional but preferred: Experience managing eBay Poshmark Amazon International or other ecommerce platforms.



Skills and Qualifications: Technically savvy with the ability to use various computer systems Experience with process optimization and project planning required High integrity, ethical, with ability to act with discretion in sensitive matters Strong interpersonal communication skills Preferred Qualifications: Working experience in e-commerce with comprehensive understanding of supply chain management Familiar with start-up environment and have warehouse set-up experience Prior experience with lean or 6-sigma principles is preferred Strong desire to grow to Director or higher level with a growing company
