Active Nation is on the hunt for a new Duty Manager to join our team at The Quays Swimming & Diving Complex Southampton Hampshire

As Duty Manager you will be leading a team to ensure the operational and presentation standards are met which will include interacting with our customers (supporters) and ensuring they are safe and happy.

You will ensure the successful day to day operation of The Quays Swimming & Diving Complex through a clear process of focusing on people safety service and standards. You will have experience in managing operational policies and procedures and teams ofcampaigners(staff) to proven experience of promoting a company culture that is focused on greatsupporter(customer) service.

You will report to the Venue Manager and be responsible for:

• Daily management of the operations of the venue
• Managing safety and service on a duty rota basis
• Conducting operational duties/inspections
• Ensuring correct staffing levels at all times
• Opening and Closing of the venue.

An NPLQ Qualification is desirable but not essential as full training and qualifications will be provided.

We need you to work flexibly and across all opening hours from early morning to late in the evening (on a rotational basis). The Quays Swimming & Diving Complex is a located at Harbour Parade Southampton boasting a 25m Main Pool Diving Pool with multiple boards up to 10m Leisure Pool with slides Spacious Gym Studio and Group Cycling Studio.
