Tasks

For a customer, based in the center of Valencia, we are looking for Inbound Contact Center Agents who speak either Flemish or Dutch with English. Previous customer contact experience is not required, but is appreciated. You must live in Valencia or be willing to relocate in the short term.

You will answer questions of the companies customers. These questions relate, among other things, to changes to customer data, network or services, inquiries about subscriptions and /or services, invoices and payments or questions about appliances.

In addition, the agents are responsible for cross- and upselling the various services/products of the customer.

Requirements

Are you the Inbound Contact Center Agent we are looking for and do you have the following characteristics and/or qualities?

  • You are service and result oriented;
  • You have technical insight;
  • You have numerical insight to be able to read and explain invoices;
  • You can work and problem solve independenly with a good dose of analytical thinking;
  • You have the ability to empathize with your customer.
  • You are a good listener and have good communication skills;
  • You have a good command of Dutch and English language.
  • Hospitable, customer-friendly and helpful to the customer
  • Flexibility and empathy are very important.
  • You are looking for a challenging long term position.

Relocation Package:

Yource helps the candidates with the following:

  • Ticket (they will book the flight ticket for the candidate)
  • Pick-up from the airport
  • Paperwork: NIE + Bank Account
  • Appartment for 6 months max (380 per month, directly deducted from their salary) - Shared common rooms, private bedrooms.

WFH There are remote options available but always in consultation with the company . Training is always on site, but afterwards the company is open to discuss WFH. How much days depends on performance, attitude and the project (and manager).

Spanish Lessons: They have an internal language teacher, they have lessons 2x a week for 1,5 per session. Yource compensates 50% of these lessons.

Language: Flemish or Dutch with English

Working hours: Monday - Friday between 08:00 and 20:00 hour + Saturdays 9:00 to 17:30. They need to be available 3 nights per week and 2 Saturdays per 4 weeks.

Part-time posibilities for 32 and 36 hours. For 32 hours or less this needs to be discussed with the customer. If the candidate has a good reason for example studies this can be discussed.
