Drinkies Store Manager - AlAhram

Scope:

Implement and supervise operations standards within Drinkies stores Making sure to enhance the focus on quality service cleanliness and value in order to achieve total customer satisfaction

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintaining smooth flow of the stores daily operation with achieving highest customer satisfaction and best buying drinks experience for our customers.

• Review and recommend actions to be taken to ensure the highest levels of quality service and cleanliness are implemented.

• Work on achieving sales and profit targets (monthly quarterly and annually)

• Handling the most complex consumer complaints or enquiries

• Responsible on the availability of all products in all stores

• Control the stores monthly expenses

• Manage the monthly rent paid to the owners

• Verifying sufficient inventory level to serve our customers.

• Adhering to the company cash policy and procedures.

• Organizing the plan of work.

• Performing end of day inventory and folio entries.

• Maintaining control over the store assets.

• Maintain storage area FIFO.

Education Certifications and Licenses:

• Bachelor degree in Business

Knowledge and Experience:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in the Retail field

Skills and Abilities:

• Language skills

• Computer skills

• Strong Communication and negotiation skills

• Team oriented

Ability to handle customers complaints

Personal Qualities: (Jobholders profile)

Good physical strength to handle all muscle work required by the job
