As a Draftsman you will play a crucial role in supporting our client s team remotely by translating conceptual ideas into detailed technical drawings specifically focusing on interior design and building design drafting. This role requires proficiency in Revit software as it is the only accepted software for this position. You will collaborate closely with architects designers and other professionals to produce accurate and precise drawings for various projects including new constructions residential designs and renovation projects.

• Bachelors degree or equivalent in architecture drafting engineering or related field.
  
• Proven experience as a draftsperson or similar role
  
• Proficiency in Revit software
  
• Strong understanding of building codes regulations and construction techniques.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in drafting technical drawings.
  
• Ability to work effectively in a remote virtual team environment.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

• Collaborate remotely with architects and designers to understand project requirements and objectives.
  
• Create detailed technical drawings using Revit software for both building design and interior design projects.
  
• Model existing plans (site measurements will be provided by our local team).
  
• Develop concept models based on provided sketches from the local team.
  
• Incorporate changes to plans based on feedback from architects engineers and clients.
  
• Produce detailed drawings for both building design and interior design components.
  
• Generate tile plans cabinetry plans electrical plans and stair plans for interior design projects.
  
• Make necessary changes to plans and drawings as required throughout the design process.
  
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes regulations and standards in all drawings.
  
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents and specifications.
  
• Coordinate with project team members virtually to maintain project schedules and deadlines.
  
• Organize and maintain drawing files electronically.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends software advancements and best practices in drafting and design.
  
• Participate in virtual meetings and presentations as needed.
