3D Modeller Construction

This is a remote position.

• Utilise your expertise in concrete precast and structural steel modeling to create detailed and accurate 3D models that adhere to Australian Standards.
  
• Proficiently navigate modern 3D modeling software to bring our projects to life with precision and creativity.
  
• Lead the development of highdetail 3D models for all aspects of our buildings including facades and inground structures.
  
• Collaborate closely with our design and engineering teams to ensure alignment with project specifications and requirements.
  
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in our 3D modeling processes exploring new techniques and technologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
  
• Take ownership of projects from conception to completion managing timelines and deliverables effectively.
  
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members fostering a culture of learning and growth.
  
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in BIM modeling sharing insights and recommendations with the team.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Architecture Engineering or related field.
  
• Proven experience in concrete precast and structural steel modeling with a strong understanding of Australian Standards.
  
• Expertise in modern 3D modeling software with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
  
• Willingness to learn and expand skills in facade modeling whole building and inground modeling.
  
• A positive and adaptive mindset with a passion for finding solutions and overcoming challenges.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
