You will be handling all documentation requests ensuring customer documentation requirements are met promptly. Ensuring the SPOC (single point of contact) for Documentation until closure and postdelivery in case of need. Assures that the requested documentation is easily accessible and stored examines related files to release drawings and engineering documents to manufacturing and other operating departments.
In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Develop and assure the companydocumentation standards (layout and contents) study drawings specifications and product samples
Prepare user documentation for a variety of material including howto guides and instruction manuals
Build Documentation Dossier according to users requirements (table of contents cover sheets bookmarks and cite sources) for Projects MRO and Service orders
Collect coordinate and control qualitatively the electronic documentation from Factories / COF and other sources
Respond optimally to documentation requests and queries from internal customers provide final documentation that accurately meets customer requirements (electronic paper) and ensure the highest standards of presentation are maintained
When needed act as the customer concern point for all documentation executionrelated matters in front of internal and external customers
For This Role You Will Need:
University degree
01 year experience in order handling/order management/ customer service/logistics/purchasing or similar
Languages: English advanced level / French B2 level required
PC skills: MS Office Internet
