DME Fresher Trichy

• Conduct inspections of raw materials inprocess products and finished goods to ensure they meet our quality standards and customer specifications.
  
• Analyze inspection data to identify trends and root causes of defects.
  
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve quality processes.
  
• Prepare and maintain quality control documentation including inspection reports and nonconformance reports.
  
• Participate in internal audits and ensure compliance with relevant quality standards (e.g. ISO 9001).
  
• Assist with the development and implementation of new quality control procedures.
  
• Work collaboratively with production engineering and other departments to ensure consistent product quality.
  

Requirements

• Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Production/Manufacturing/Quality Control) or a related field.
  
• Internship or trainee experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred).
  
• Strong understanding of basic quality control principles and practices.
  
• Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
