Job Description

1.Achieve Companys sales objectives & market share growth within agreed budgets & time scales - through effective leadership sales team.
2.Consolidate reported feedback to plan for a customized action plan in cooperation with the team.
3.Manage the business relationship with different stakeholders towards achieving company objective.
4.Develop, Maintain & retain a solid business relationship with HCPs in his territory with well-defined development plans for key customers.
5.Guide & coach the sales team to improve their efficiency through unlocking hidden potentiality.
6.Ensure effective management of sales team including training & personal development in terms of ongoing training, coaching & counselling through regular field visits.
7.Adhere to companys core values & highest compliance standard.
Requirements
*Bachelor degree in Pharmaceutical , Veterinary or Science
*Minimum 5 years experience as Medical Representative in a multinational pharmaceutical company OR 2 years on the same role in pharmaceutical company.
