Role Description
The Dispatch Agent role is a full-time on-site role located in Jordan at Basket®. The person in this role will be primarily responsible for ensuring that all orders are accurately and efficiently dispatched to the appropriate stores and effectively communicating any order details to our delivery drivers. As a Dispatch Agent, you will work closely with the Delivery Operations Team and the Customer Care Team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and to communicate effectively with team members at all levels
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Arabic and English languages
- Flexible schedule and ability to work long hours, weekends, and holidays when required
- Prior work experience in a dispatch role or related field is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
