• Conduct and ensure Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) is completed on all relevant trim and decorating works daily, weekly, monthly and as is

• Respond to all reactive maintenance within defined service level agreements
• Carrying out service and maintenance of engraving and decoration works, and any other related equipment within the jurisdiction of the maintenance department
• Maintaining exterior and interior paint and decoration as necessary
• Repair any damage to the walls and fill small cracks/holes
• Repair damage to wallpaper and decorative finishes
• Ensure equipment and tools are maintained in clean and usable condition
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of incoming materials
