- Understand Media World strategic direction, product roadmap, rolling plan, current technology stack, limitations, and opportunities to create and execute MW technology vision and roadmap.
- Provide strong leadership and decision-making to IT Managers, Developers, Team Leads, and QA on all design, development, release, and rollout-related topics.
- Lead platform and new products key activities such as - architecture design, technology stack selection, prototyping, non-functional requirements baselining, and simulation.
- Hire, train, groom, retain, and attract the best available technology talent at MW through various plans and initiatives in partnership with the talent management and HR Manager.
- Identify, define, launch, run, and own initiatives to scale existing and new platforms to customer base and high transaction/data volumes across the geographies.
