Director of IT Clinical Application Revenue Cycle

Location-New Jersey

Onsite Position

Directly manage and oversee Ambulatory, Interfaces, all Revenue Cycle Application teams, as well as organization. Applications covered include: EpicCare Ambulatory, Beacon, MyChart, Care Everywhere, Cadence, Prelude, Grand Central, Resolute Hospital Billing, HIM, Users/Security, Bridges/Interfaces, and other non-Epic applications across Ambulatory and Revenue Cycle teams.

Serve as the subject matter expert and champion for IT; the "go-to" resource for major enterprise applications
Act as Project Director for new application implementations
Ensure quality and productivity improvement through involvement of workflow transformation for the organization's business units in support of the strategic direction of the organization
Shape the systems portfolio by developing the IT strategy
Plan annual IT budget for all applications under IT management
Work with leadership, operations and IT resources to identify and understand the strengths and weaknesses of different approaches to workflow, design, and approach to any complicated decisions
Effectively motivate a diverse team and resolve conflicts in a positive manner
Foster positive and collaborative relationships with peers and demonstrate willingness to be flexible and accommodate unique business situations
