• Act as a role model for delivering a best in class customer experience from first contact with client through adoption, daily use, and renewal.
• Drive Adoption and Customer Relation Management (CRM) strategy and establish team purpose by working to translate the ACE Team vision and objectives into actionable plans; limit customer churn; and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Serve as project manager for all implementations within region of responsibility.
• Manage, mentor, and support a team of ACE Specialists who are responsible for:
○ Building customer trust and loyalty by strengthening relationships through regular communication, proactive problem identification, and consistent delivery of quality solutions and results.
