Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Job
You are accountable in optimizing, enhancing and developing digital channels in order to better reach our audiences and manage the brand reputation on digital channels in the market.
You manage , develop & execute local digital campaigns & promotions.
Accelerate digital maturity in the company , you report to the global Digital Marketing team that are located in one of the 17 markets.
You operate from out the local Marketing , Communications team and will work closely with local and global digital teams.
Manage & optimize local SEO , SEA and other social media activation.
Support local eCommerce Manager(s) through content & integrated experiences.
Support local lead nurturing process with dedicated sales/Marketing handover support to enable lead follow-up
Drive impact with digital campaigns & optimizing digital channels to drive leads & sales volume.
Drive marketing spend optimization through smarter use of digital capabilities.
Act as digital ambassador (change agent) as part of the local marketing team driving broader adoption of digital marketing techniques in the markets, through evangelization & training culture change.
Interpret gathered local & global customer insights and translate into local actions on digital channels to optimize the customer experience.
Job Requirements
Bachelors of Digital Marketing , Marketing, Business Administration, or related.
0-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing or in a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Outlook, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Ability to accurately follow instructions.
