We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who is both dynamic and resultsdriven with a deep passion for education. Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing and Paid Advertising:

Take the lead in planning and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns encompassing both social media and paid ads.

Design compelling ad creatives and develop strategic paid ad campaigns that deliver exceptional results.

Utilise analytical insights to continually assess campaign performance making dynamic adjustments to enhance results maximising ROI and achieving KPIs.

Optimise marketing funnels to enhance user experience and drive conversions through insightful analysis and strategic enhancements.

Create visually appealing ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.

Drive engagement and conversions across digital channels.

Harness the power of AI to craft captivating blog copy that generates superior outcomes.

Performing comprehensive competitor analysis and devising strategies to improve customer engagement through methods like SEO and adherence to industry best practices.

Managing Meta platforms for all brands

Creating Marketing plans and schedules to create a seamless storylines and messages that are aligned with each of the brands.

Social Media Management:

Curate and manage organic content across social media platforms Linkedin Twitter IG FB creating a streamlined and cohesive brand presence.

Craft compelling ad copy that captures attention and design visually appealing graphics video and text.

Analyse social media performance metrics developing and implementing strategies to enhance audience engagement.

Content creation repurposing and scheduling while providing a content calendar.

Engage with our audience on social media building meaningful connections.

Web Design Contribution:

Apply your creative skills to assist in web design projects.

Collaborate with the web design team to enhance the user experience of our online platform.

Designing and implementing of landing pages and funnels

Creating and Posting blogs (Some will require research)


Requirements:

The client is STRICTLY looking for someone who could give an example of organic marketing they've done in the past and the success they achieved in doing that as well.

Proven expertise in digital marketing specifically in paid ad campaigns funnels and social media management with at least 5 years of experience.

Proficiency in creating and executing social media strategies both organic and paid.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously.

Creative thinking and proactive approach to marketing.

Ability to provide actionable ideas and pointers for business growth.

Highly organised.

Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Ability to switch roles between detail oriented creative social media campaigns and brands.

Available to start ASAP and can go fulltime in the future


Software to Be Used:

Canva SM scheduling platform

Meta Business Suite

Your preferred video editing platform

ChatGPT to help with copywriting

CRM Systems

WordPress Sites

Third Parties email platforms (examples MailChimp or similar)

Google Workspace (sheets slides and so forth)

Google analytics (for the purpose of analysis for webpage and social engagement)


Specific Goal or KPI’s:

As a Digital Marketing Manager you will be tasked with achieving specific quantifiable goals to drive our marketing efforts forward. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include but not simply limited to:

Increasing website traffic by 20% within the first 6 months through strategic SEO and content marketing initiatives and 15% month on month thereafter.

Improving email marketing campaign open and clickthrough rates by 15% by optimizing email content and segmentation strategies.Also lifting the general engagement through regular newsletters and customer engagements.

Enhancing conversion rates by 10 25% through targeted paid advertising campaigns and landing page optimisation and simultaneously reduce cost per conversions.

Expanding our social media follower base by 25% across key platforms with a focus on engaging content and community interaction and substantially engagement.

These goals are designed to support our overarching mission of enhancing educational opportunities and outcomes. You will be expected to develop and implement strategies that contribute directly to these KPIs with regular reporting and analysis to measure progress.

Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed these outcomes contributing to our organization's growth and the achievement of our mission to enhance educational opportunities.

Working Schedule: (preferred): 11am 3pm (4 hours per day / 20 hours per week)
