Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the companys social media presence and develop engaging content for social media platforms.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the success of digital marketing efforts and make datadriven decisions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with overall marketing objectives.
- Stay uptodate with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and recommend new strategies to improve performance.
- Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing.
- Expertise in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads Facebook Ads LinkedIn Ads etc.
- Strong understanding of SEO SEM email marketing social media marketing and content marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
- Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant certifications is a plus.

Requirements: - Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; however, candidates with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience will be preferred. - Strong ability to document processes, create training materials, and utilize flowcharts effectively. - Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies. Prior experience with CRM and calling tools is highly desirable. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the capacity to provide technical assistance and support. - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to develop clear and informative training materials. - No specific process design methodology required, but the candidate should be proficient in using project management tools.
