Digital Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

IMAGO is a leading image & video provider for media, brands & sports based in Berlin.

Over 10.000 national & international top clients use a variety of our media, from news videos to stock photos, for their editorial & commercial productions. Spanning two close-by offices and 70 employees, IMAGO still operates with flat hierarchies.

We are looking for a proactive and data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team to push digital analytics within our marketing team and support the growth of our online business.

The position is available immediately for our location in Berlin.

Tasks

• Develop and execute our paid ads strategy to increase traffic and retarget customers (SEA)
• Develop and execute our onsite marketing strategy to improve conversion rate within our website
• Establish data analytics approach and new MarTech tools within our marketing department to drive data-based decision making e.g. for campaign management
• Support mailing campaigns through data analytics and perform A/B Testing

Requirements

• Prior experience within online marketing, e.g. in the areas of paid advertisement, onsite marketing, mailing, and other areas of growth hacking
• High level of proactivity and interest in creating something new within established organizations
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach to marketing, i.e. experience with Digital Analytics and MarTech
• Experience with A/B Testing
• Very good proficiency in English - German language skills are a big plus but optional
