Job Description: Digital Assistant Conversation Developer

Position Overview: Were seeking a talented and experienced conversational digital assistant (DA) developer to join our team and help us build cuttingedge DAs. As a DA developer youll be responsible for creating DAs that simulate conversation with human users.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate conversation designer and UX designers to understand project objectives and requirements for DA implementations.
Create dialogue scripts user prompts and responses to guide users effectively and provide accurate information.
Develop the conversations for DAs based on assignment
Use natural language processing (NLP) to teach DAs to understand user input and respond appropriately
Incorporate machine learning techniques to improve DA accuracy
Work closely with UX designers to create DAs that are engaging and userfriendly
Continuously improve DA performance through testing and optimization
Stay uptodate with advancements in DA technologies Natural Language Processing (NLP)
Monitor and analyse DA interactions utilizing user feedback and datadriven insights to iterate and improve conversational capabilities.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a chatbot developer or in a similar role
Experience with NLP and machine learning techniques
Knowledge of DA

development frameworks is a plus
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Experience with JIRA welcomed
DA platform certification is nice to have but not mandatory
