Tasks

• Digital Marketing Strategy: Developing comprehensive digital marketing plans that align with the companys overall marketing and business objectives
• Social Media Management: Managing creating and curating content as well as paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms e.g. Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn
• Website Management: Overseeing the companys website and implementing SEO strategies to improve the companys online visibility
• EMail Marketing: Developing and executing email marketing campaigns to nurture leads retain customers and drive traffic to the companys website or landing pages
• Digital Analytics: Monitoring and analyzing key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and derive datadriven decisions
• Customer Engagement: Monitoring online reviews and feedback responding to customer to maintain a positive online brand reputation through social media channels

Requirements

• Successfully completed business studies (university/technical college) or equivalent with a focus on Marketing
• Profund experience in operational and strategic Marketing of internationally oriented companies
• Very good ITK ERP PPT and Excel skills
• Very good communication and presentation skills with fluent English skills both written and spoken. Knowledge of German and/or another foreign language is an advantage.
• High degree of independence flexibility initiative and reliability through resultsoriented work and a handson mentality
