A Digital and Social Marketing Analysts job is to analyse to companys digital marketing performance and propose actionable strategies to improve digital and social media marketing performance and maximise returns.
Responsibilities:
Set up a tracking mechanism (e.g. event and conversion tracking) on the website and other digital assets such as mobile apps.
Conduct competitor analysis and study market trends to develop digital marketing strategies to achieve specific business objectives.
Test measure analyse and optimize the performance search social and content to display across conversion funnels to boost customer engagement and conversions.
Manage the overall delivery of digital marketing projects schedules communications budgets and reports.
Execute all digital marketing campaigns for clients including web banners social media sponsored course search results email marketing and content marketing.
Work with the design team to create online banner adverts email newsletters and social media creative.
Work with the web team to post banner ads and other website content.
Planning and implementing targeted marketing campaigns to support clients growth.
Work closely with the director to put together a strategy to execute for clients.
Work closely with the web team design team and local Digital Marketing Executives to deliver strategy for clients.
Write and optimize content for the website and social networking accounts!
Write copy for email marketing campaigns.
Track analyse and increase website traffic and online enquiries.
Edit (optional) and post videos!
Editing and writing skills: You need to devise and edit content for various digital platforms. Writing blog posts may well be an integral part of the job.
Video editing skills (optional): Website and social media content will not just be text but frequently visual as well.
Digital marketing experience within a fastpaced environment.
Proven experience managing digital marketing projects.
Experience working with multiple clients at the same time.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail.
A professional personality with a passion for digital and the ability to drive successful projects.
Organizational skills.
Manage well when work is unexpectedly busy or shortstaffed.
Overcoming problems to achieve a goal.
Experience:
Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ).
Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field.
Experience with analytical and reporting tools.
Experience in statistical models.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to make datadriven decisions.
GTM Google Analytics Facebook Analytics Search Console Adobe Analytics and other Web Analytics platforms.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
