• Design content for external communication in support of business needs & strategy
• Work daily with External Communications Team
• Act as subject matter expert to support key markets and CUs across MMEA with execution of organic social media activities
• Draft content for different external social media channels
• Provide proofreading and editorial support, ensuring adherence to Ericsson’s tone of voice for social media content
• Support in building a solid external communications content strategy for Ericsson Middle East and Africa’s organic social media channels
• Deliver writing assistance as needed and perform all other related duties as per business needs and internal strategies for social media content
• Closely overlook the quality of text outputs for different channels including digital and video formats, in addition to copy editing and final quality control reviews
• Work closely with the external communications team to ensure strong external brand positioning
• Act as the communication advisor to the Market Area spokespersons on social media engagement and digital platforms by creating differentiating messaging, opinion pieces
