Roles & Responsibilities:
Checking municipal drawing CFO drawing and giving feedback
Coordination with design architect MEP consultants Municipal architectural drawings
Liaisoning work related to property tax Extra sewerage tax
Coordination with Horticultural consultant for tree NOC
Coordination with MOEF consultant
Dept. feasibility working basic planning on redevelopment project and normal redevelopment as per DCPR 2034
Preparation of liaison timeline
Preparation of weekly trackers of approvals and liaison work site visit as when required for approval
Liaisoning work related to MHADA and BMC
Coordination with design architect MEP consultants Municipal architectural drawings
