Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Devops/Site Reliability Engineer to provide support for our enterprise infrastructure. In this role you will be responsible for supporting our systems including participation in an oncall rotation. Beyond support you will collaborate on improving incident response enhancing observability and collaborating with technical teams to strengthen the overall resilience and improve the performance of our workloads. Your work will involve close cooperation with crossfunctional teams bridging the gap between development and operations and cultivating a culture of collaboration and ongoing enhancement.

• Support production systems and help triage issues.
• Be part of the team on our oncall rotation to respond to availability incidents and provide service engineers with incidents
• Set up comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems to detect and respond to issues in realtime.
• Monitor systems and respond to incidents to maintain system SLO/SLA review and follow up production incidents
• Write and review code develop documentation and troubleshoot issues with distributed systems
• Collaborate with teams to enhance incident response resolution times and conduct incident postmortems for continuous improvement.
• Proactively identify and address system reliability performance bottlenecks and preventing downtime
• Work closely with the engineering teams to identify system limits.
• Participate in Change Management process via review of RFCs to ensure Definition of Done as well as executing and supporting software and hardware deployments.
• Automating everything Workflow and tools automation to improve reliability and scalability of services.

What you need:

• 2 years of experience working in a DevOps or SRE roles
• 2 years building CI/CD pipelines
• Extensive experience managing Kubernetes
• Experience in managing customerfacing systems in a 24/7 environment including escalations
• Experience triaging and escalation policies/protocols using OpsGenie or PagerDuty
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (e.g. Datadog Prometheus Grafana ELK stack).
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS (Azure is a mandatory) GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g. Python Bash Terraform).
