- At least 5 years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET stack
- Strong knowledge of programming languages in C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET Webforms, ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET Core
- Experience in full-stack development and agile methodology
- Experience with web application development frameworks such as Angular17
- Experience with SQL server database and stored procedures and triggers
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
- Experience with SOAP and RESTful web services (ASMX, WCF, WEB API)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (debugging, testing and fixing bugs)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Previous experience in the customer experience industry or developing customer experience solutions is a plus
