Job overview and responsibilities

The Developer plays an important role in creating and maintaining the strategic partnership between business needs and technology delivery. The Developers role is to plan design develop and launch efficient systems and solutions in support of core organizational functions. This individual will apply proven communication analytical and problemsolving skills to help identify communicate and resolve issues opportunities or problems in order to enhance the benefit of IT and Business investments. The Developer is experienced and self sufficient in performing their responsibilities requiring little supervision but general guidance and direction.

• Design develop and modify software applications/systems according to specifications
  
• Consults with Business Analysts and business partners on potential software solutions for business specifications
  
• Complete comprehensive unit testing on all developed/enhanced software
  
• Good experience working in Agile methodology projects
  
• Ability to innovate and provide functional applications with intuitive interfaces.
  
• Proven analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  
• Experience working both independently and in a teamoriented collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Qualifications Required:

• BS/BA preferably in a technical or scientific field
  
• 2 years of experience developing with Sitecore 8.x.
  
• 3 years of demonstrated ability in developing web applications for products using ASP.NET C# JavaScript technologies and SQL Server Design database schema developing stored procedures (TSQL).
  
• Sitecore Certified 9.x or newer
  
• Glass Mapper (Transact SQL)
  
• ASP.NET / .NET Framework version 3.x & 4.x
  
• WCF / Web API REST
  
• XML / AJAX / JSON
  
• JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS jQuery)
  
• Bootstrap / Responsive web site design
  
• HTML / CSS / Less
  
• Team Development for Sitecore (TDS)
  
• Git / Team Foundation Server
