Job description:
Maintain a central library for the applications that the DTS group has responsibility for including reference manuals installation guides This includes keeping our hardware inventories application profiles procedure databases and the IT knowledge centre up to date and current
Develops analyzes and publishes metrics to ensure high quality of service and makes recommendations for changes based on specific trends market comparisons
Coaches and develops a team of subject matter experts by identifying areas of strength and opportunities for improvement
Organizes plans and monitors multiple activities people processes and resources
Facilitates the initiatives relating to all human resource requests including recruiting training and development career development and compensation
Facilitates the gathering monitoring and analysis of the operational metrics ensure that the organization is properly measuring the most relevant information to accurately manage business operations
Centrally manages a fleet of printers workstations and servers development quality assurance and pilot and production implementations of applications Operating Systems and patches for both the Corporate and Branch environments
Answers incoming calls and inputs information into the ticket tracking software
Fostering and maintaining relationships with your team other global support teams & vendors
Provides a high level of customer service while supporting end users.
