• Develop, implement and evaluate Support Services Divisional goals and objectives, in alignment with company goals and strategy.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of consolidated financial statements, including the financial situation, method of financing and annual budget, to the GM and Board of Directors (BoD).
• Oversee the Supply Chain Management activities and conduct final critical and tedious negotiations with suppliers/vendors and in order to obtain s, if needed.
• Establish necessary contact with concerned government sectors to overcome any obstacles and avoid losing any chance for exemption.
• Provide advice, guidance, direction, and authorization to department heads and employees to carry out major plans and procedures, consistent with established policies.
• Delegate some of responsibilities to appropriate subordinates in order to benefit from smooth running of the department s operation
