- In alignment with the RI Global Strategy 2021-2025 and RI Jordan Country Strategy 2022-2025, develop a rogram Strategy, and ensure innovative programmatic activities are designed and initiated to support the strategic direction of the organization;
- Develop long-term goals and objectives to achieve program-s’s outcomes successfully; and provide guidance and direction to the program team to ensure they actively contribute to the achievement
- Develop Core Sector Strategy in Coordination with Core sector Technical Advisors in country, regional and global offices
- Contribute and lead program development efforts at country level by identifying opportunities and working with Jordan CD, as well as RI’s regional and headquarters-based Program Development department to draft proposals to respond to those opportunities;
