Job Description
Dentists and Dental Specialists wanted in Bunbury Western Australia.
We are a group of 16 full time dentists working out of 3 close by practices in the lovely coastal city of Bunbury 200kms South of Perth. Bunbury is the gateway to the beautiful South West region which is home to one of the best wine producing regions in WA. It is also the gateway to numerous National Parks and being surrounded by water there are more than enough activities land and water based to keep anyone occupied.
Our patient demographic is primarily private 90% and 10% government subsidy patients which includes treating indigenous patients referred from SWAMS.
The individual that we seek are dentists with a young family wishing to move permanently to reside in Australia. We will be happy to sponsor and help to obtain the necessary Visa for the individual and family to join our group.
We have good private and public schools and more than enough medical colleagues to look after your families.
The practice is a general practice with some dentists with special interests in Prosthodontics Implants and Periodontics. We are seeking dentists who have advanced skills in any disciplines of dentistry and in particular those comfortable with minor oral surgery. Currently there are no other specialists in Bunbury and the SW region except for Orthodontists and one Periodontist. If you have specialist qualifications or any advanced post graduate qualifications in any discipline or just a dentist who enjoys doing all aspects of dentistry you will have an instant referral base of 16 dentists not counting those from surrounding practices. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist/restorative dentist experienced in providing All on Four implant treatment as there is no one in the SW region who provides this service.
The practice is well equipped with digital scanners cone beam machine rotary endodontics and enough toys to keep most dentists happy.
This practice has been established well over 39 years and enjoys seeing generations of regular patients.
You will have full clinical freedom to provide the dentistry you wish and will work with a professional and friendly team. You will also have total control of your appointment times to provide the best quality work for your patients. There will be no pressure to conform to maintain KPI and to achieve unrealistic production goals.
You will also be assured of a full book on commencement and the staff will work hard to ensure your books stays that way!
Remuneration is commission based and is commensurate with experience and expertise. Experienced dentists can expect income of over $350000 AUD pretax.
Due to Australian Dental Board Regulations we can only sponsor applicants who hold an undergraduate dental degree from the UK Australia and New Zealand. If you have passed your Australian Dental Council (ADC) examinations you can also be considered
