- Manage technical requirements and communicate them with the technical team at SiTech, in coordination with the System Analysis and User Experience teams.
- Create overall vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple products.
- Ensure that Products team objectives are clear and linked to the broader vision, strategy and roadmap.
- Ensure visibility of plans between SiTech and Client.
- Manage Product Management team operations, including requirements gathering, planning, financial and risk management, execution and delivery.
- Work closely with Product Managers to deliver products, utilizing best product management and delivery methods and practices.
- Provide technical advice and direction to Product Managers and customers.
- Provide coaching, mentoring and professional development opportunities for Product Managers.
- Proactively assess Product Managers performance, and address delivery issues.
- Oversee documentation of incidents.
- Manage client expectations.
- Manage delivery to clients and build strong relationships with them (keep clients happy and informed).
