- Fully responsible for the management of our pool of shoppers and for all the associated
operational processes
- Managing the recruiting process and the funnel for the shoppers (sourcing, lead generation,
onboarding then activation).
- coordinate with the other teams within operations and other support services in all matters
related to shoppers
- To ensure that demand is met by ensuring flawless driver acquisition
- Closely monitor shoppers churn% and retention%
