- Generate and manage time schedules for drivers.
- Allocate drivers to their designated areas efficiently and effectively, especially in emergencies and peak hours
- Conduct routine QA ground visits to maintain driver quality, workflow and allocation
- Regular monitoring of driver activities and tracking their performance & compliance with company procedures & protocols
- Manage and resolve all complaints that arise from subordinates
- Maintain courteous relationships with clients.
