Delivery Assistant

Develops and implements resource planning strategies to match project demands with available talent within the Managed Services team

- Oversees the planning of resources for projects based on skills, expertise, and project requirements

- Collaborates with key stakeholders to understand project resource requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives

- Ensures effective transition of activities from solutioning into delivery centers in coordination with key stakeholders

- Maintains open communication with stakeholders to address resource-related challenges and opportunities

- Acts as a key liaison point between the proposition leads and delivery centers to ensure talent is developed to meet demand

- Fosters a culture of innovation and optimization within the team to drive the best delivery solutions for our clients
