- Prepare demand requirements for all vendors and brands on monthly basis
- Responsible for product availability measures and metrics
- Monitor stock levels and maintain healthy coverage
- Develop effective forecast for top brands and vendors
- Measure forecast accuracy and identify tools to enhance forecasting and reduce deviations
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports about stock situation and status
- Manage S&OP meeting on weekly basis and review demand accordingly
- Address demand issues in a timely manner
