Role and Responsibilities:
The DBA Tech Manager will be responsible for providing mentoring and daytoday leadership in the planning and strategy architecture deployment and operation of database systems. This role requires a strong understanding of data structures database systems and procedures as well as the ability to undertake different types of statistical analyses. The Manager will also be required to participate in the development of short and longterm strategic initiatives in the Open Systems Database Storage and Cloud spaces. Furthermore regular interfacing with development teams to integrate databases with other applications and updating senior leadership on progress issues and pending decisions will be crucial.

Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field or possess directly related work experience. Additionally they should have at least 5 years of professional industryrelevant experience working on infrastructure teams in a corporate environment.

Required Skills:
- Experience as a team lead supervisor and/or manager
- Solid knowledge/experience with DB2 MS SQL MongoDB and Azure Database as a Service
