- Provides technical leadership on database projects of varying size and difficulty including large projects with critical time constraints and/or significant business risks associated.
- Coordinates with developers to improve and modernize applications.
- Developing database structures and features according to organizational needs.
- Performs database administration tasks including upgrades, maintenance, migration, upgrading patches, user administration, tuning, and backup/restores.
- Commission and install new applications and customize existing applications in order to make them fit for purpose.
