Urgent requirement of Data Specialist Contract Sydney

Requirements

  • Demonstrate expertise in data migration projects with a preference for experience in HR systems like Ceridian Dayforce or similar.
  • Mastery of data migration methodologies including proficiency in SQL ETL processes and data mapping.
  • A solid foundation in data quality management cleansing and reconciliation.
  • Exceptional analytical problemsolving and communication capabilities paired with strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify evaluate and mitigate potential risks and challenges maintaining a solutionfocused mindset throughout the data migration lifecycle.
  • Facilitate the detailed analysis and validation of both source and target systems.
  • Engage in detailed mapping workshops ensuring sourcetotarget mappings are in line with the Ceridian model for precise data integration.
  • Aid in the technical setup and preparation of environments setting the stage for successful data migration efforts.
  • Validate the accuracy and integrity of migrated data through comprehensive testing and reconciliation efforts.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for integration performance and mock conversions.
  • Oversee Dress Rehearsal activities ensuring a thorough validation process.
  • Assist with establishment and implementation of data quality standards based on initial data profiling and insights from SMEs.
  • Undertake remediation in source systems as required by data quality rules.
  • Help with Identification of security requirements and compliance standards for data migration.
  • Support extraction of souse data and cleansing of data ensuring quality and accuracy.
  • Assist with development of a robust approach for executing validating and reporting the data migration process.
  • Design and develop interfaces for data ingestion and loading into target templates.
  • Prepare and execute unit test scripts perform data reconciliation and develop detailed reconciliation reports.
  • Very Good Communication Skills



Duration: 6 Months and possible extension

Eligibility: Australian/NZ Citizens/PR Holders only
