Data Scientist (f/m/d) - Data Analytics

Your Tasks:

IONOS is a fast growing, customer centered provider of domain, hosting, web, e-commerce, server and cloud solutions. We operate in numerous European countries and the USA. To strengthen our Advanced Analytics team in the area of Customer Intelligence, we are looking for a Data Scientist with a focus on Data Analytics for the following tasks:

• In cooperation with the relevant departments, you will develop metrics for measuring & controlling Customer Success Management.
• You will develop and visualize data models on customer behavior and product usage in order to create a comprehensible and complete basis for information and decision-making for our internal customers.
• You support the departments in building target group specific campaigns with your data know-how.
• You support the Data Engineers in the area in tapping, integrating and extending data sources in our DWH.
• You will participate in the further development of attribution models for operational and analytical use.

For the position available, you will meet the following requirements:

• You quickly orient yourself in new complex situations. In doing so, you are convincing in a quick grasp of the objectives and work towards their solution in a goal-oriented manner.
• You have good knowledge and practical experience in SQL. Knowledge of at least one programming or scripting language, preferably Python, is also desirable.
• You are experienced in using Google Workspace tools as well as data visualization programs such as Looker.
• Very high analytical skills, as well as a structured and method-based way of working, which enables them to translate business-specific issues into a numbers and data-based model.
• You communicate proactively and confidently at all levels, depending on what the current situation requires.
• You possess a high level of initiative and the ability to learn new things independently.
