We are looking for an upscale casual or fast casual restaurant Sous Chef who has a people-first, hands-on management style, including both employees and customers.
Sous Chef Requirements:
- 2-3 years of management experience in a scratch, farm-to-table kitchen with a regional or larger branded company for the systems experience
- $3+ Million revenue experience
- Good tenure with former employment
- Strong financial skills
- Proven ability to develop a kitchen team
Sous Chef Compensation:
- Base compensation in the $65,000 to $71,000 range based on a 50-hour work-week, paid hourly, including overtime
- Achievable bonus up to $6,000 annually, up to $500 paid monthly, averages 60-75>#/li###
