Role Description:

As aData Engineer,you will be part of our Data & Innovation team. We are integrating a giant corpus of cross-channel online media, social, search, web, reviews and offline survey datasets to help our clients get a 360-degree view on the identity of their own & competitor brands (or product categories), design and implement efficient media, marketing, influencer & creative strategies and eventually solve some of the hardest probblems of Consumer Brands around the world.

Role Description:

As aData Engineer,you will be part of our Data & Innovation team. We are integrating a giant corpus of cross-channel online media, social, search, web, reviews and offline survey datasets to help our clients get a 360-degree view on the identity of their own & competitor brands (or product categories), design and implement efficient media, marketing, influencer & creative strategies and eventually solve some of the hardest probblems of Consumer Brands around the world.

This role will involve cross-functional data & platform requirements gathering, ideation, synthesis of those requirements into solutions, and then deployment of those solutions throughout our firm and our network of partners, a constellation of vendors, and footprint of APIs, sites, brands, and lines of business.

We deliver growth to clients based on AI enabled insights, allowing our customers to remain relentlessly relevant, capture market share, create deeper connection with consumers.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in the quantitative research field, such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, social sciences, Biological/physical science, or Computer Science; Masters preferred
• 2+ years of experience working with data cleansing, transformation, and validation for data marts
• 2+ years of experience in designing and producing high-quality SQL, Python, PySpark, JavaScript, and code in other languages for ETL and ELT work
• Expertise in designing and deploying data applications on cloud solutions, preferably using Azure Databricks
• Integrating the end-to-end data pipeline - to take data from source systems to target data repositories ensuring the quality and consistency of data is maintained at all times
• Contribute during design and architecture discussions, and decisions critical to curating growth of data assets and IP as we rapidly expand across clients/industries
• Work cross-functionally with other teams to evaluate requirements, ideate on solutions, and deploy those solutions to production with an emphasis on adoption
• Working with other members of the project team to support delivery of additional project components (such as API interfaces)
• Skilled in writing unit tests, integration tests, end-to-end tests, and other QA code
• Experience with relational and/or non-relational databases

Nice to have:Experience working on an agile software engineering team and working directly with Product Management teams; Microsoft Azure certification, Azure AI Fundamentals, Azure Data Scientist Associate

• Demonstrates strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to explain findings and recommendations to a broad business audience, both internal and external
• Educated on a variety of analytical methods, shapes thinking and influences decisions
• Experience in Consumer / Marketing Analytics with the ability to apply knowledge of and passion for digital, social, mobile media, and other new platforms to provide insight and evaluation that helps clients build stronger consumer connections.
• Effectively handle client projects by balancing tasks to achieve both short- and long-term goals
