Manage the Safety & Security rules, regulations and security procedures, to ensure strict Physical Security for the Data Center.

Maintaining and managing the availability of Data Center systems and equipment to the highest possible level with suitable and technically accepted condition.

Responsible for Data Center Engineering process within CIB Data Centers including risk mitigation, supervise corrective and preventative maintenance of critical infrastructure that supports mission-critical servers.

Monitor bank’s applications servers and operational status infrastructure capacity and status through Site Scopeand monitor DC site network through Network Node Manager and follow escalation procedures.

Ensure that all the repairs and related Maintenance activities for the assigned systems are performed as scheduled.
