Data Analyst

About this role
The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the delivery of projects encompassing, but not limited to, the following:

Offshore
Carry out project surveys.
Carry out fault finding on equipment breakdowns.
Supervise the installation and commissioning (including SAT) of electrical projects (including Crane Control System upgrades, Gross Overload Protection (GOP) systems and Rated Capacity Indicators (RCI).
Support Electrical Engineering Services Team & Ad-hoc logistics pool as required.
Preparation of survey and breakdown reports.
Preparation of technical documents (procedures, work packs and risk assessments)
Specification of materials and equipment.
Lead high-level reviews, with relevant Subject Matter Experts prior to final issue, to ensure that the project work pack contains all the relevant instructions, procedures, drawings etc to enable the activity to be completed to the highest of standards.
Involvement in the build, test, and FAT of upgrade projects.
Involvement in the destruct, packing and QA of upgrade project materials prior to shipping.
Preparation of certification packs and manuals
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to project engineers when planning and executing projects.
Support Electrical Services Team as required (Automation & Control / Electrical Projects)

HSEQ Responsibilities
It is mandatory that the incumbent is familiar with, and follows the Company's Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Management System and takes an active part in the compliance and improvement of the Management Systems.
The incumbent must report any accidents, incidents, near misses, actual or potential problems with products, services or systems according to the Management System processes/procedures.
The incumbent also has legal responsibilities under country-specific health, safety and/or environmental legislation to follow these.
The incumbent is also responsible for the health and safety arrangements of subordinates (if any) and for any persons visiting them while on the Company premises.
Qualifications & Experience
Essential
BOSIET/ FOET
MIST
Working at Height
Level 3 VQ in Electrical Engineering Maintenance Electrical or suitable equivalent
CompEX
Previous experience with cranes control systems and a willingness to develop PLC / Control System knowledge further
Appreciation of Hydraulic & Mechanical disciplines
Good technical writing skills, and proficient use of MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel etc)

TRAINING & COMPETENCE:
The incumbent will be required to attend regular training, including mandatory offshore training, along with trade training and competence requirements as per the training matrix for the specific role in line with Company requirements.
