• Performance Metrics and KPIs:
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse and logistics operations.
• Analyze and report on metrics such as order cycle time ontime delivery and warehouse capacity utilization.
• Reporting and Visualization:
• Generate and distribute regular reports on warehouse and logistics performance to stakeholders.
• Develop visually appealing dashboards to provide a clear overview of key metrics and trends.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand reporting requirements and ensure datadriven decisionmaking.
• Root Cause Analysis:

• Bachelors degree in Data Science Operations Management Logistics or a related field.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) and data analysis tools (e.g. Excel Python SQL).
