MS Dynamics 365 System Administrator
Years of experience needed : At least 5 years of combined years experience as Microsoft Dynamics
System Administrator on AX 2012 and D365.
Skills:
Should be responsible for managing and maintaining the Dynamics 365 platform (Finance Supply
Chain Project & Operations CE modules) and applications supporting Finance Procurement Sales
Marketing Customer Service functions.
Implementing and enforcing best practices and standards for Dynamics 365 administration
configuration development testing deployment environments and instances.
Monitoring and analyzing Dynamics 365 usage performance availability and health metrics and
taking proactive measures with Microsoft to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.
Keeping up to date with the latest Dynamics 365 updates releases features enhancements and
best practices and ensuring that the organization's Dynamics 365 environment is compatible and
compliant with them.
Assist in maintaining software licenses user access and security roles .
Coordinate and perform database refreshes. Manage Dynamics instance cloning and hosting
between production and lower environments.
Manage release management and change management processes for Dynamics 365
Expertise in system auditing with setup and managing integrations with Microsofts Recurring
Integration Scheduler
Multi years experience in user authentication user authorization and data security; proven
knowledge and experience with user roles and security in AX / D365.
Experience on Microsoft methodology and Lifecycle Services Toolset managing complex SaaS
solutions.
Experience on all Microsoft Platforms (Dynamics Power and Azure) and Dataverse (Dual Write).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team manage project tasks under pressure and
meet deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work with different geographies and cultures.
Certifications:
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Modules.
A bachelors degree in computer science and engineering.
