- Coordinate with the Head of Technical Education Unit, the Senior Protection Officer, Protection Officer, and the other trainers for the delivery of the Online or/ Face to Face training workshops following unified approach.
- Conduct 4 days training workshops, 6 training hours per day following online or/and Face to Face approaches.
- The trainer must meet the needs of participants taking into consideration individual differences among them.
- The trainer must show respect to all participants and respond professionally to their requests, comments and questions.
