Customer Support Officer Property Services

Location: National Clients Support

About the Company:
Our client is a leading provider in the property services industry dedicated to delivering exceptional searching and service solutions to our national clients. Our team is committed to excellence innovation and customer satisfaction. We are currently seeking a motivated and detailoriented Customer Support Officer to join our Specialised Services team.

Objective:
You will play a key role in coordinating and delivering a range of services including bulk order requests multistate property searches litigation searching and offline specialized/tailored requests. Your expertise in searching systems and independent research will ensure our clients receive the best possible service meeting their unique needs accurately and efficiently within service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support national and international search requirements for clients via phone and email.
  • Liaise with courts councils and other authorities to conduct research and locate accurate information.
  • Provide clear concise project quotes and instructions to clients.
  • Process and collate searches on behalf of clients.
  • Assist with specialized searching requests as needed.
  • Ensure prompt and clear communication with clients authorities and company teams.
  • Handle invoicing refunds and payment processing as directed.
  • Promote Specialised Services to potential clients.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and meet set KPIs.
  • Stay updated on products and services both nationally and internationally.

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven experience in Legal Conveyancing or Searching industries.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and experience.
  • Ability to conduct independent research.
  • Familiarity with online searchingsystems and services is highly desirable.
  • Excellent team player with outstanding organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different work schedules as required.
