At AutomatIT we specialize in cloud migration and intricate DevOps projects boasting over 200 AWS certifications within our global engineering team across three subsidiaries. Serving a diverse range of techsavvy customers our capabilities extend from security implementations and onprem migration to AWS Cloud to the provision of 24/7 NOC services.

In this position you will manage a portfolio of strategic customers of AIT in EMEA from the onboarding stage to assuring satisfaction while identifying business needs in the customer s AWS environment.



Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new customers and guide them through the onboarding process ensuring a smooth transition to our product or service. Provide training and resources to help them get started effectively.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts. Develop a deep understanding of their business needs and objectivesproactively engage with them to understand their evolving needs challenges and goals. Identify Cost Optimization opportunities and a need for a Dedicated DevOps service. Maintain regular communication to build strong relationships.
  • Address customer concerns and issues promptly and effectively working closely with internal teams to resolve any problem.
  • Collaborate with customers to develop success plans and strategies tailored to their specific objectives set measurable goals and track progress.
  • Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences and needs. Relay this feedback to internal teams for continuous product/service improvement.
  • Monitor and identify opportunities for upselling.
  • Encourage satisfied customers to become advocates by participating in case studies testimonials or referrals.
  • Track and report on key customer success metrics such as customer satisfaction usage and retention rates. Use data to drive decisionmaking.
  • Maintain and develop strategic vendor relations with AWS.
  • Regularly attend business events and conferences to promote and educate prospective clients on the benefits of AUTOMATIT.
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing Operations Delivery Account Managers and Solutions Architects.

Requirements :

  • 3 years of experience in Customer Success Customer Engineering or Account Management roles
  • 2 years of experience in sales of complex public cloud like AWS/GCP/Azure
  • A proven successful track record of generating revenue and closing business
  • Experience working with or at startups/ISV companies
  • Indepth experience with selling and/or supporting AWS services
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence Clevel executives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English. Additional European languages advantage
  • Excellent presentation and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Working experience with Salesforce and/or Hubspot advantage
  • AWS cloud certificated advantage
  • Knowledge or experience in FinOps advantage
