Tasks

As a Customer Success Manager at Roger you will be at the forefront of enhancing our customers experience and ensuring their success with our software. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Engagement: Build and nurture scalable relationships to develop a deep understanding of our clients and their goals in the dental industry. You will be the central point of contact creating trust and comfort and ensuring a high level of engagement with Roger.
  • Training and Goalsetting: Onboard new customers setting mutual goals to ensure a successful partnership and use of our software.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Serve as a bridge between our customers and the technical team guiding the evolution of Roger based on client feedback.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Plan and implement initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Upselling: Identify opportunities for upselling and optimizing product features to add value for existing accounts.

Requirements

  • A passion for customer interaction eloquence and energy.
  • Willingness to learn the ropes of working in a startup environment from the ground up.
  • Proficient in computer use and MS Office.
  • High selfdiscipline and readiness to perform.
  • Previous experience as a ZMV or receptionist in a dental practice is highly valued but not a requirement.
  • You possess nativelevel German proficiency and fluency in English enabling effective communication with our diverse customer base and within our international team.
